Bali tour: Tanah Lot

This temple was founded in the XV century AD by Rauh Bawu Rawuh from the Majapahit Kingdom. Tanah Lot Temple is located on the sea or separated from the mainland and around the temple, there are also several small and big temples include Pekendungan Temple. Below and to the west there is a source of fresh water which is water sacred to Hindus. Tanah Lot Temple is located in the village of Kediri District Beraban + 13 km from Tabanan city, complete with adequate parking. When low tide visitors can directly get to the temple to pray. Below are some cave temples in which lived some large snakes and small black and white. The snakes are very docile and should not be disturbed. If the tides, the temple is going to look like a boat floating on the water. At Tanah Lot we can witness the emergence of the full moon at night and sunsets on the horizon, is a very beautiful sight.
